these images were generated by a double-rod pendulum simulation that i created with the processing programming framework. provided initial positions, masses, and lengths, the instantiated double pendulums follow chaotic, deterministic paths through space, etching their traced trails onto a blank canvas. no two pendulum paths are ever the same. use the up and down arrow keys to navigate the gallery.
